2, cold rolling steel plate shape automatic control technology
2.1 Components
Shape measuring roller and signal processing equipment; Computer hardware for shape control; The related equipment mechanism of adjusting plate shape mainly includes CVC plate shape control, middle roll bending roll of work roll and multi-zone cooling control of outlet; The display shows the distribution of steel stress and the curve of the plate shape.
2.2 Working Principle
The shape measuring roller is usually composed of more than 30 rings with a width of more than 50 mm, each ring is installed with several magnetoelastic sensors that are 90° each other. In the rolling process, the measuring roller and the strip run together, and the measuring roller will measure the electromagnetic signal sent out by the strip steel in the operation of each section, and the collected electromagnetic signal can be calculated after the stress of each section of steel and the corresponding deviation value, all the measured values will be displayed through the display. For technicians to view and calculate in real time. The main computer calculates the set value of the plate shape according to the technical standard provided by the main operating station or other computers, and then compares the set value of the plate shape with the actual value of the strip, and finally obtains the deviation value.
2.3 Adjustment means
1.CVC roller profile control
The upper and lower roll bodies are ground into the same S-shaped CVC curve, and the positions of the upper and lower rolls are inverted 180 degrees. When the initial phase of the curve is zero, an equidistance S-shaped parallel roll gap is formed. Through the middle roll shifting mechanism, the upper and lower CVC rolls move relatively synchronously, and a continuously changing positive and negative crown profile can be generated at the roll gap. It can adapt to the requirement that the roll seam crown can be changed rapidly, continuously and arbitrarily under different conditions.
2. Bend roll adjustment
The bending roll is very efficient and fast when adjusting the steel plate, and the action is simple and simple, there will be no lag, so the bending roll adjusting the steel plate is the first step, when the defect component of the secondary plate shape is controlled within the range of the minimum 40% and the maximum 80% after the bending roll adjustment, the steel plate can be adjusted separately. If it is less than 40% or more than 80%, the CVC system and the bending roll must be used to adjust the associated defects of the secondary plate shape.
3. Exit multi-zone cooling control
This technology is mainly in order to completely eliminate other section problems existing in plate defects, the most typical such as composite waves or two-ribbed waves, so a spray emulsion divided into 9 sections should be placed at the entrance of plate rolling to measure and control the heat of the work roll. This control system will be calculated according to the third and fourth components of the strip stress in different measuring sections. The calculation process needs to use the standard mathematical model to bring the relevant data into the calculation, and finally calculate the emulsion set point of all sections, and then superimpose it with the basic flow necessary for rolling to take it as the output, so as to effectively control the thermal convexity of the work roll in this section.
3, rolling automation intelligent control technology
At present, the latest development of automation control is the application of AI (artificial intelligence) in the automatic control of steel rolling process. The AI system of automatic control of steel rolling includes many advantages, such as accurate and reasonable logical sequence, top operating technology, complex and coordinated control transmission network and accurate control ability. And AI automation control system has been applied to the analysis of positive and negative differences, the production of circular products and the prediction of performance, from production to packaging, the entire process can achieve automatic control of AI, the operator does not need to execute specific operational commands, but only need to enter relevant instructions in advance. And in the production process, real-time supervision of the work of the system can be [3], which greatly reduces the burden of the operator and makes the automatic control program more scientific.
