Finishing mill roll box maintenance
The roller box belongs to the closed reducer mechanism, which has strict maintenance requirements, especially higher requirements for sealing oil, dustproof and waterproof. The roller box has 3 shafts as the focus of sealing, and the sealing requirements are harsh, so the mechanical seal and the skeleton seal are installed in pairs.
Maintenance check contents:
1. Check whether the roller shaft axial movement. Use a wrench to pry the roller ring.
2, check whether the connection bolts are loose, sealing cover, adjusting box tile, short shaft coupling bolts, etc.
3. Check whether the oil inlet and inlet pipes are loose. Whether the aluminum wire is firmly bound. The drop of the inlet pipe will burn the box, and the drop of the inlet pipe will break the roll and affect the quality of the product.
4, check the roller box oil and gas and seal wear.
5, check the glasses plate for leakage. Guide wheel wear glasses plate, can be repaired with 528 glue.
6, check whether the position of the exhaust hole is correct, otherwise it will cause water.
7. Visually test whether oil pressure, water pressure and prestress are normal.
8. Refuel the axial adjusting lock regularly. (twice a week) Otherwise it will bring inconvenience to the staff to adjust the roll error.
9. Clean the finishing mill water jacket regularly. (One month)
10. Listen to the sound inside the roller box when shunting or crawling.
11, plan to overhaul 20 days to replace the seal.
12, with the post workers to understand the roller box online use. There is no roll gap change, there is no abnormal sound, there is no temperature anomaly, there is no roll swing
Roller box common faults and treatment methods:
When the roller box fails, it is often the first person to find it. For example, during the maintenance of the shift, the post personnel will also find the failure of the roll box if they pay attention to the temperature of the roll box or pay attention to the sound of the roll box when turning. The faults that occur after the maintenance of the general shift can be found during the maintenance of the shift, if you pay attention to the high temperature of the roller shaft, roll shaking, abnormal sound, roll gap changes, etc.
1. Shaft channeling. If the axial movement is greater than 0.05mm, replace the roller box immediately.
2, teeth: roller box vibration, crawling or 200 RPM when the box comes out of the rhythmic noise, immediately replace the roller box.
3, burning box: the exhaust hole smoke, the shaft head temperature is very high, obviously different from other roller boxes, immediately replace.
4, shaft break: pile steel, roll wrong serious, roll box roll gap change, crawling shaft does not turn. Replace it immediately.
5, roll box roll gap can not be adjusted: can not adjust the set roll gap immediately replace. The cause is that the inclined wire rod is stuck and the thread buckle is damaged. At present, there are three reasons that can cause this phenomenon: when the prestress is not reduced, the roller box is adjusted, and the lead screw is stuck; When the roll gap is sent to the maximum and minimum positions, the lead screw is stuck. Gear stuck due to a fault in the adjustment box.
6, roll shaking: turning the table, first hit the bottom of the roll groove and then hit the roller shaft. If the axial degree of the roller is below 0.05mm, reinstall the roller. If the coaxiality of the roller is above 0.05mm, the roller is bent or the bearing is faulty, replace the roller box immediately.
7. Prestressed pressure relief: press to confirm or open the oil drain hole to check and confirm the replacement.
8, the journal cover is broken: it is difficult to check out, the need to regularly measure the shaft head can avoid some accidents. Broken journal cover may cause burning box, teeth. Pay attention to the details of the roller ring. If it is found that the roll is not pressed during inspection, inform the maintenance shop to check the journal sleeve and roll diameter seal to prevent failure.
9, research seal: roller ring is not pressed; The journal cover is broken; If it is the upper roller shaft, it may be adjusted too low or the adjustment lock is not locked, causing the roller box to fall; Roller ring pressure deviation.
10, the size of the finished product fluctuates: it is not good to judge online. Replaceable roller case.
11, oil film off and roll off sleeve: it is difficult to check this phenomenon. The inner surface of the oil film bearing can be checked by measuring the axial and radial clearance of the roller box. It is required to measure the axial and radial clearance of the roller box one by one during maintenance. The radial clearance shall be 0.24-0.35mm and the axial clearance shall be within 0.03mm.
