How will intelligent manufacturing help the manufacturing industry "change lanes and overtake"? Zhou Ji believes that there are four types of innovation modes in manufacturing industry: product innovation, production technology innovation, industrial mode innovation, and manufacturing system integration innovation formed by the first three. Digitalization, networking and intelligence are the main ways to realize these four types of innovation.
Products are the main carrier of manufacturing and the core of value creation. By 2035, China's various manufacturing products and equipment will be upgraded from "digital generation" to "intelligent generation" to intelligent products and equipment.
"For a long time to come, intelligent production, that is, the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of enterprise production capacity, will be the main battlefield to promote intelligent manufacturing." Zhou Ji said that replacing manpower with machines, introducing new technologies and upgrading intelligent equipment not only solved the problems of front-line labor shortage and high labor cost, but also fundamentally improved the quality, efficiency and competitiveness of the manufacturing industry.
Data show that over the past decade, China has built more than 700 smart factories. Intelligent factory is the main carrier of intelligent production. In recent years, a large number of demonstration factories, benchmarking factories and lighthouse factories of digital and network construction have emerged in China.
Since the 13th five year plan, China's intelligent manufacturing supply capacity has been continuously improved, the support system has been gradually improved, and the promotion and application results have been obvious. By the end of 2021, the domestic market satisfaction rate of intelligent manufacturing equipment has exceeded 50%, and nearly 100 industrial Internet platforms with industrial and regional influence have been cultivated. The production efficiency of pilot demonstration projects has been increased by 45%, the product development cycle has been shortened by 35%, and the defective product rate has been reduced by 35%.
