Five departments issued documents to improve the application ability of digital convergence in consumer goods industry
Recently, five departments, including the Ministry of industry and information technology, the Ministry of Commerce, the State Administration of market supervision, the State Food and Drug Administration and the State Intellectual Property Office, jointly issued the "three products" action plan for digital assistance to the consumer goods industry (2022-2025), proposing that by 2025, the integration and application capacity of digital technology in the consumer goods industry will be significantly enhanced, and a number of new products, famous products and boutiques will be cultivated, with the variety leadership, quality competitiveness and brand influence continuously improved.
Main objectives of the action plan:
In combination with the current industrial development reality and technological evolution trend, the action plan establishes the main goals of digitalization to help the consumer goods industry increase varieties, improve quality and create brands in the next four years. By 2025, the ability of digital technology integration and application in the field of consumer goods industry will be significantly enhanced, and a number of new products, famous products and boutiques will be cultivated. The variety leadership, quality competitiveness and brand influence will continue to improve. The specific objectives are:
First, the ability to innovate has been significantly enhanced. The popularity of digitalized business management, digitalized R & D and design tools, and the proportion of enterprises applying E-commerce all exceed 80%. The integrated innovation and integrated application capabilities of key links such as intelligent design, flexible manufacturing, and supply chain collaboration have been significantly enhanced, and the digital transformation of the consumer goods industry has accelerated.
Second, the level of supply has increased significantly. The technological innovation system with enterprises as the main body has been further improved, the supply of products has been increasingly enriched, and the quality and performance have been continuously improved. 200 intelligent manufacturing demonstration factories have been cultivated, and 200 well-known brands with a scale of 10 billion have been created. The quality of product service and customer satisfaction have been continuously improved.
Third, develop ecological sustainable optimization. Create 50 demonstration cities of "three grades" strategy with remarkable achievements, distinctive characteristics and strong radiation in digital transformation. Public service capabilities such as platform design, personalized customization, networked collaboration, and service-oriented extension have been steadily enhanced, 50 digital service platforms have been cultivated, and 300 typical cases of application scenarios with strong demonstration and driving effects have been promoted.
Key tasks of the action plan:
The action plan puts forward 10 tasks in three aspects: digital assistance to increase varieties, improve quality and create brands, and sets up six projects in the form of columns: innovation ability improvement, digital design ability improvement, digital green collaboration ability improvement, quality control ability improvement, smart supply chain management ability improvement and brand cultivation ability improvement.
(1) Digitalization helps "increase variety". First, launch more innovative products to comply with the trend of consumption upgrading. Speed up the development of green, intelligent and innovative products, and promote consumption upgrading with high-quality supply. The second is to promote digital R & D and design and promote product iteration and updating. Third, promote personalized customization and flexible production, and reshape the product development and production mode. (3) Digitalization helps "brand creation". One is to build a well-known brand with digital technology. Second, take advantage of digital transformation to cultivate cutting-edge products. Cultivate a number of specialized and special new brands with strong elements of the times and guide fashion consumption. Third, build new advantages of regional brands with digital services. Promote the organic integration of trademarks, geographical indications and the development of characteristic industries, and enhance the regional brand influence and product added value.
